Position: Pipe Layer for Civil Projects
Join GNF Commercial Management Limited as a pipe layer in Halifax, NS, for full-time civil construction projects. Help install essential underground systems ensuring safe project execution.

In this on-site role, you will work closely with a pipe crew to install and maintain underground water and sewer piping systems. Successful candidates will assist with civil site servicing, use hand tools, and adhere strictly to safety protocols. Prior experience in civil construction is advantageous, especially with water and sewer installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately install underground water and sewer systems

• Prepare and maintain clean and organized worksites

• Spread gravel and materials to support installation efforts

• Operate necessary hand tools and light machinery

• Inspect sites and equipment for safety compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in pipe laying or civil construction preferred

• Familiarity with water and sewer systems advantageous

• Capable of operating hand tools and equipment

• Safety certifications like WHMIS and Fall Protection preferred

• Physically capable of outdoor work and heavy lifting
