Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance and oversee landscaping efforts

• Perform plumbing repairs and manage water testing

• Operate relevant equipment for outdoor maintenance

• Carry out snow removal with heavy machinery when required

• Ensure safe compliance by collecting and testing water samples

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance labor experience

• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and tools

• Valid Nova Scotia Driver’s License necessary

• Knowledge of plumbing systems preferred

• Access to reliable vehicle required
