Become a pivotal part of TFI as a Field Service Technician, responsible for maintaining specialized food service equipment. Work efficiently with customers to resolve concerns and ensure their operations thrive.

As a Field Service Technician at TFI, your focus will be on offsite and onsite maintenance and repairs across various commercial food equipment models. You’ll deliver top-notch customer service while quickly responding to service requests, conducting repairs, and managing parts inventory. Training and support will be provided to ensure you excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair specialty food service equipment

• Address customer concerns professionally and courteously

• Respond quickly to service calls and installations

• Handle service requests through TFI’s mobile system

• Maintain an organized parts inventory in service vehicle

Requirements:

• Trade or college diploma preferred

• Strong English communication skills

• Knowledge of 110v to 220v systems

• Capable of multitasking and establishing priorities

• Driver's License required for travel
