As a Field Service Technician, you will be instrumental in the troubleshooting and maintenance of Battery Electric mining equipment. This hands-on role includes planning for required tools and components, enhancing customer service through effective problem-solving. You will also support commissioning and train customer technicians on essential practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and service mining equipment systems
• Organize tools and parts for service tasks
• Facilitate product commissioning and inspections
• Analyze root causes to resolve equipment problems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
• Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic/Millwright qualification
• At least 3 years of related experience preferred
• Proficient in technical schematics and diagnostics
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Open to international training opportunities
