Key Responsibilities:
• Repair commercial coffee systems and equipment
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Conduct thorough inspections and timely maintenance
• Complete accurate documentation for each service
• Communicate effectively with customers for clarity
Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in equipment servicing
• At least one year in a customer service role
• Must enjoy tasting coffee as part of repairs
• Proficient in smartphone for scheduling tasks
• Valid driver's license with clean record
