This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to lead quality installations for residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar electric systems on various building slopes

• Ensure crew safety and proper use of PPE

• Lead quality installation per design specifications

• Distribute solar materials around the site

• Provide mentorship to apprentices and uphold site upkeep

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Certificate in Alberta, Red Seal preferred

• Experience with medium and high voltage terminations

• Ability to carry loads up to 60 lbs

• Comfort working on roofs and ladders

• Valid class 5 license and reliable transportation
