Senior AV Field Technician

Position: Senior AV Field Technician Needed
AVI-SPL is seeking a Senior Audio Visual Field Service Technician committed to enhancing customers' AV experiences through exceptional service and support. This role involves direct interaction with clients on-site to resolve technical issues effectively.

With a strong background in audiovisual technology, you will be responsible for operating Crestron programming, performing preventative maintenance, and managing installations.

Your role will emphasize collaboration with the Global Helpdesk to ensure service excellence. Being able to interpret blueprints and schematics will greatly aid your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance on-site to clients

• Read and apply electronic schematics for repairs

• Conduct maintenance on AV systems

• Install control programs and hardware components

• Train end-users and junior technicians on AV systems

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in audiovisual integration

• Education in Electronics or related field preferred

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

• Certifications in AV tools are an asset

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
