Position: Plumber for RVH Facilities
Join RVH as a Plumber to maintain the hospital's plumbing integrity and safety. Your expertise will be crucial in managing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs in a vital healthcare setting.

As part of the Facilities Team, the Plumber will oversee the operation of all plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes. You will be tasked with conducting inspections, responding to demand calls, and maintaining documentation while focusing on patient safety and service excellence. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for efficient task prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and demand maintenance tasks

• Conduct plumbing system inspections and repairs

• Monitor and survey water supply operations

• Maintain an organized plumbing shop and stock of parts

• Fill out maintenance logs promptly and completely

Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12 or approved equivalent

• Up-to-date Certificate of Qualification

• Certified in Cross Connections and Back Flow Prevention

• Strong service-oriented communication skills

• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
