As a Telecommunications Foreman, you will coordinate field operations, ensuring project efficiency and safety across a growing team in Atlantic Canada. This hands-on role requires 3–5 years of tower construction experience and strong leadership skills. You will manage daily activities, mentor technicians, and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise tower technicians and riggers
• Coordinate daily work assignments for efficiency
• Perform tower climbing and rigging activities
• Conduct safety meetings and hazard assessments
• Monitor project progress and schedules
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in telecommunications tower construction
• Experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand
• Strong rigging and climbing knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean record
