Maintenance Technician Harbour Bridges

Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll perform general maintenance, repair, and operation tasks for equipment, vehicles, and other properties related to the bridges. This essential role demands winter maintenance duties, especially snow removal, while adhering to strict safety standards. Experience in construction and maintenance is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair on HHB equipment

• Operate vehicles, including snow removal equipment

• Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and workplaces

• Assist in traffic control for construction and repairs

• Complete necessary job-related safety training

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a maintenance role or construction environment

• Valid Class 3 and Class 5 NS Driver's Licenses

• Pass background and physical demands assessments

• Ability to work in adverse weather and extreme heights

• Dependable with a strong customer service focus
