MONK Renovations – “Trusted-Professional”

We are looking for well‑rounded carpenters with the knowledge and skills to renovate and build. We typically focus on the following types of renovations:

• Bathroom
• Kitchens
• Basements
• Additions

• Medical & Dental Benefits

• Solid Salary based on Experience – typically $30-35/hr (40-45 hrs per week)
• Truck Allowance, Tool Allowance, Phone Allowance, plus mileage for any company use of personal vehicle

• Own vehicle, preferably a truck (Allowance will be provided for a full‑size truck)
• 35‑40 hrs per week (Mon‑Fri), some weekend work required

We were awarded “Renovator of the Year” (2016, 2018, 2019 & 2023) by The Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA‑NS). We are members of BBB, fully insured with liability and WCB.

We want carpenters who want a future in the industry, with experience to handle residential renovations (large or small), a knowledge of all aspects of carpentry, and who are motivated to give their best to our clients and company.
