As an Apprentice Technician (AVN), you will enroll in the Transport Canada accredited IMP Academy AME-M Training Program. Gain practical on-the-job training while working with seasoned technicians. Responsibilities include attending training modules, supporting Airframe Mechanics, and performing maintenance tasks under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend all training sessions and OJT experiences
• Support Airframe Mechanics on and off aircraft
• Operate support equipment and adhere to safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
• Perform maintenance and modifications under supervision
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of the IMP Academy introductory program
• Willingness to learn technical terms and procedures
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Eligibility for Canadian government security clearances
