Electrician Position

Position: Electrician Position with BGIS-ITS
Advance your career as an Electrician with BGIS-ITS in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Focus on complex installations and maintenance of electrical and building automation systems.

We are actively seeking a qualified Electrician Journeyman for our Halifax location. With a minimum of two years in the trade and a Certificate of Qualification, you will be integral to our operations across varying conditions.

Your role will cover extensive electrical work in both residential and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut and install conduits for various electrical systems

• Pull wires and maintain distribution panels

• Install fixtures for industrial applications

• Perform troubleshooting for complex electrical issues

• Work well independently while collaborating with a team

Requirements:

• Valid Certificate of Qualification as a registered Electrical Apprentice

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience

• Familiarity with the Nova Scotia Electrical Safety Code

• Knowledge of Class 1 Division 1 environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
