Building Maintenance

Shell Bay is seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Building Maintenance Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in building maintenance, with knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and structural systems of buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.

* Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

* Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.

* Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.

* Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
