Assistant Property Director

Crown Residential LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Director to support day-to-day operations across our upscale residential portfolio. In this role, you will assist with supervision of onsite teams, resident relations, lease administration, budgeting support, vendor coordination, and oversight of maintenance and capital projects. You will help ensure properties meet luxury brand standards, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and operate efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in residential or multifamily property management and a passion for premium urban living environments.
