Service Plumber

We are looking for plumbers of all skill levels, from apprentices to experienced plumbers. New to the trade? We'll teach you. Already a plumber? We'll put you right in a route!

Completes assigned service calls, repairs, or installations in a timely manner. Collects payment when assigned. Presents options and pricing to customers as authorized.

• Average 40 hours per week (typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays and/or weekends as scheduled)
• Overtime and on-call over weekends as required
• Work outside, in crawlspaces, closets, and attics
• Work with sheet metal and sharp objects; lifting and physical exertion required
• 10-12 service calls per day

• Troubleshoot equipment and related issues
• Present findings and options to customers
• Complete repairs, improvements, or installations within industry standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a clean work area
• Complete paperwork, be punctual and reliable
• Maintain and organize service vehicle
• Track vehicle maintenance and alert management as needed
• Communicate with the office after each call
• Provide information on service agreements, accessories, and equipment
• Perform equipment installations and maintenance as needed
• Identify opportunities for quality and cost improvements
• Perform other duties as needed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Professional demeanor and motivation
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a good record
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in small spaces
• Previous 4 years’ experience in plumbing or related field
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Neat, professional appearance
