Nurse Practitioner - PRN

Overview

Matrix Medical Network is a national in‑home clinical network providing comprehensive health assessments to members nationwide.

During visits that can last up to one hour, providers review and observe a member’s health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment, and other risks. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps identify care gaps with a single visit.

• Conduct adult/geriatric assessments, including medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, and physician and case‑management referrals.
• Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab‑based testing as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel.
• Work with the Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow‑up.
• Provide services at the member’s residence, including homes or skilled nursing facilities.

• Flexibility:
  Visits scheduled based on your availability from Sunday to Saturday, 8 am–7 pm.
• Competitive Pay:
  Earn per assessment ($90–$115). Monthly income can range from $1,800 to $11,500 depending on visits and location.

  Comprehensive onboarding, preceptor assignment, 1:1 feedback, and free continuing education.
• Additional Licensure Support:
  Assistance with state licensure and credentialing for neighboring states.

• Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure in state of practice, including prescription authority or ability to obtain prescriptive authority.
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty.
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
• 1 year of NP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of adequate automobile insurance.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
