Customer Service
- Greets every customer promptly and courteously.
- Provides a pleasant shopping experience, responds to inquiries timely.
- Handles complaints according to company policies.
- Maintains product knowledge, gives recommendations.
- Knowledge of all point-of-sale equipment.
- Processes sales accurately and efficiently per policies.
- Balances till at start and end of shift.
- Maintains cash drawer levels per policy.
- Receives and stocks merchandise per policy.
- Lifts up to 50 pounds following proper procedures.
- Faces stock, keeps clean and presentable.
- Applies FIFO when receiving or stocking.
- Removes damaged/out-of-date stock, records, places in quarantine.
- Follows portion control to minimize loss.
- Maintains full control of store contents using prevention techniques.
- Secures premises at end of day per policies.
- Maintains high cleanliness standards per brand criteria.
- Sweeps & mops floors, cleans walls, counters, tables, equipment.
- Maintains customer service area, removes trash, cleans restrooms and parking lot.
- Works effectively with others in a supportive manner.
- Assists colleagues and new associates.
- Communicates concerns to GM promptly.
- Performs duties safely to protect workers, customers, suppliers, environment.
- Follows safety policies, procedures, instructions.
- Uses handling procedures and equipment to minimize contamination or injury.
- Reports unsafe practices or conditions; follows safety initiatives.
- Physically capable of standing for long hours.
