. We’re looking for a Buyer to manage the procurement and planning of materials, supplies, and components required to support production. This role bridges strategic sourcing with operational planning, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality-driven supply chain execution.
- Analyze material requirements based on production and sales plans
- Generate and track purchase orders in the ERP system (preferably Sage 100 or similar, as it would be considered a plus).
- Coordinate with suppliers on delivery dates, commercial terms, and technical specifications
- Conduct inventory analysis and demand forecasting
- Identify supply risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and warranties
- Monitor procurement and supply KPIs (OTD, cost savings, inventory turnover)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing and planning roles
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
