We’re hiring a Benefits, Retirement and Wellness Specialist to help drive our continued success!

Purpose of the role

This role serves as a senior subject matter expert in employee benefits, retirement, for the United States within a multi‑site organizational environment and wellness for North America. It supports the analysis, administration, and continuous improvement of programs while ensuring alignment with established practices and business needs across locations. The position provides expert judgment and recommendations to the Director, Total Rewards.

Benefits and Retirement
  • Analyze and support the design and administration of U.S. benefits and retirement programs, ensuring alignment with market practices and employee needs across multiple sites.
  • Support the administration of U.S. benefits programs, including health, insurance, and employee assistance offerings, ensuring accurate and timely execution across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative activities related to benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Support the administration of retirement programs (e.g., 401(k)), including data validation, contribution monitoring, and coordination with providers.
  • Review and validate benefit and retirement data to ensure accuracy and alignment with eligibility rules and internal policies.
  • Act as a point of contact with external vendors and administrators to address operational issues and ensure service delivery standards are met.
  • Assist in the preparation and validation of reports, reconciliations, and documentation related to benefits and retirement programs.
  • Develop recommendations to enhance program effectiveness, competitiveness, and employee experience.
Wellness
  • Coordinate and support the implementation and evolution of wellness initiatives across the United States and Canada.
  • Develop recommendations to enhance employee participation and overall program effectiveness.
  • Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective program delivery across sites.
  • Collaborate with the Canadian Total Rewards team to adapt and implement wellness initiatives within the Canadian environment.
Processes, Policies and Support
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and policies related to benefits, retirement, wellness.
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations to support consistent program application across sites.
  • Support internal stakeholders by providing guidance on program interpretation and application.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality. Required to Succeed
    • Strong experience in U.S. benefits, retirement (401(k)).
    • Good understanding of wellness program design and implementation.
    • Advanced analytical, problem‑solving capabilities and project management skills.
    • Ability to develop structured and well‑supported recommendations.
    • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a multi‑site environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
    • High level of discretion and professionalism.
    Work Environment

    Position requires hybrid presence at our Haltom, TX facility.
