Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
Proactively schedules customer vehicles and rental vehicles drop and pickups.
Get the folders ready on Nex for vehicle intake.
Keeps customers up to date, recording all interactions in CCC and Nexsyis.
Call/text/email potential customers to bring in more work.
Ensures incoming calls are answered on the 2nd ring, transfers calls and returns missed calls within 4 hours.
“Sells” the shop to bring customers in.
Make follow-up calls after 24 hrs. and 10 days post vehicle delivery. Enter payments into Nexsyis as received reviewing, mail and DRP portals in a daily basis. Performs other tasks assigned by Location Manager. See your full job description attached.
Requirements- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Effective, proactive problem-solving skills to minimize unnecessary rework
- Excellent communication skills, high level of initiative
- Display an ability to function in our collaborative team environment
- Bilingual (Spanish speaker is preferred).
