What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor
, you’ll be the crucial link between our customers and our service team — ensuring every repair and service visit is handled professionally and efficiently.

Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow
Document customer concerns clearly and accurately
Communicate repair needs effectively with technicians
Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
Secure customer approvals before repairs begin
Ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and build long-term relationships

What You Bring

2+ year of RV or automotive service experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and extremely organized
A passion for customer service and teamwork
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Reliable commute to Fort Worth, TX

Your Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts
Rotating weekends
