• Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Dust, mop, clean dishes and sanitize areas.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Work as part of a team, follow directions, and collaborate with store management to deliver outstanding service, creating an uplifting workplace for employees and customers alike.
• Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Cross‑train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Work hard and have FUN while doing so.
• Have availability on PMs and weekends.

This position requires moderate physical activity, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Employees must also stand and walk nearly continuously, perform repetitive hand motions, and reach overhead. Exposure to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers may occur.

• High school diploma or higher.
• Fast‑food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be Serv Safe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
