The right candidate will:

• Have proven RV sales experience
• Be self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Be tech savvy and comfortable working internet leads, CRM systems, text, email, and social media
• Understand the importance of consistent follow-up and relationship building
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Be dependable, organized, prepared, and on time
• Be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
• Be motivated to build a strong book of business, generate referrals, and develop repeat customers
• Take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through delivery and beyond
