The Logistics Coordinator serves as a key liaison between SWAG's transportation partners and internal stakeholders, including Customer Service, Distribution Operations, Finance, and other business functions.

Service & Issue Resolution
- Serve as a primary escalation point for transportation-related issues raised by Customer Service, Distribution Operations, and other internal stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain transportation reporting and key performance indicators, including metrics related to cost, service, claims, damages, delivery performance, and provider performance.
- Analyze transportation data to identify trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
- Support implementation of new transportation processes, systems, providers, and operational improvements.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve transportation efficiency, service reliability, and customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with LTL carriers, Parcel providers, and/or 3PL partners strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting transportation RFPs, bid analysis, carrier sourcing, or contract negotiations highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of transportation pricing concepts, including freight rates, fuel surcharges, accessorial charges, dimensional weight, and service levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transportation data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
