Professional and Chiropractic Assistant

We have very nice facilities, and a great team, that truly has a positive impact on the health and well-being of our patients through neurological care, chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, exercises, nutritional supplements, and massage therapy.

As a front office professional, and chiropractic assistant your duties will include:

• Scheduling appointments for multiple doctors
• Answering phones for two clinics
• Rooming patients and utilizing therapies directed by our doctors
• Working as a cashier for patient payments and inventory purchases
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and supply order-ing
• General office and cleaning tasks
• Provide general support to patients
• Provide general support to office manager and owner

This position will require the ability to manage multiple tasks and computer programs at one time. Attendance, punctuality, attention to detail, and a professional positive attitude are very important, since you will deal directly with each of our valued patients.

Shifts within Monday-Friday 6:45am-6:30pm.

Applicants should be available to fill in on occasion and have flexibility to cover some additional shifts from time to time for the absence of other team members.

Compensation is dependent on past experience, qualifications, and productivity. Ranges $17-20/hr vacation, holiday, and sick time per clinic policies. No insurance/retirement benefits provided.

Past experience in a chiropractic or medical office is preferred, and general past billing experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
