We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Sign Production Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys turning designs into finished products you can see in the real world.
This is not a warehouse or forklift position.
This is skilled, hands-on production work where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving matter every day.

What Makes This Role Different
You'll be working with:
* Large-format printers
* CNC cutting equipment (Colex)
* Laminators and finishing tools
Every job is a little different - and the quality of your work is visible to our customers every day.
What You'll Do
* Operate large-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment
* Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting)
* Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision
* Trim, mount, and finish final products
* Follow and verify work orders for accuracy
* Help maintain an organized, efficient production area
What We're Looking For
You'll do well here if you:

Preferred Experience:
* 1-2 years in sign production, printing, or similar hands-on work
Requirements:
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs
* Comfortable using tools and production equipment
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
* Prefer repetitive, low-detail work
* Dislike fast-paced environments
* Need constant supervision or direction
