Packer – 1st Shift

Ham Lake, MN

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Overtime:
Fridays as needed

Pay: $18–$21/hour

Experience:

1+ year preferred

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Packer to join our team in Ham Lake. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can use computers confidently. This position is a great fit for someone who learns quickly, follows instructions well, and takes pride in accurate, quality work.

Responsibilities Pack and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.

Inspect products for quality and accuracy.

Accurately complete paperwork and computer-based tasks.

Use computer systems to enter, track, and update information.

Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectations.

Perform other warehouse and packing duties as assigned.

Qualifications At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Must be comfortable using computers and able to learn new computer systems quickly.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work overtime on Fridays when needed.
