Role Description This part‑time hybrid Sales Manager role is based in Hamad Town, with a mix of on‑site work and flexible work‑from‑home arrangements. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales proposals and presentations, negotiating terms with prospective and existing clients, and monitoring market trends to inform sales strategies.

The role also involves tracking performance metrics, producing regular sales reports, and supporting the development of sales processes and best practices. The Sales Manager is expected to collaborate closely with leadership to align sales efforts with organizational goals and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, business development, or account management, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, forecast performance, and use metrics to guide decision‑making.
  • Proficiency with common productivity and CRM tools, and comfort working in both on‑site and remote environments.
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities within a part‑time schedule.
  • Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
