We are seeking a Carpentry Workshop Manager with 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out and strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day carpentry workshop operations.
- Plan production and allocate manpower.
- Supervise carpentry fabrication and finishing works.
- Coordinate production according to project drawings and requirements.
- Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Monitor material usage and workshop productivity.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of carpentry works.
- Coordinate with site and project teams.
- Maintain workshop safety and housekeeping standards.
- 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out.
- Strong carpentry workshop management experience.
- AutoCAD knowledge is required.
- Good understanding of carpentry fabrication and fit-out works.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
