Key Responsibilities include:
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and financial analyses
- Participate in process improvements, ERP enhancements and automation initiatives
- Help integrate newly acquired businesses into standardized accounting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3+ years of accounting experience
- ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, dealerships, construction equipment, automotive or other inventory-intensive businesses is a plus
