Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Hourly
Responsibilities- Answer multi-line phone system and routes calls promptly
- Answer all calls within an average of 4 to 5 seconds
- Greet and monitor visitors, determine their needs, and notify the proper person/office
- Perform general clerical duties such as faxing, addressing correspondence, and word processing support as required
- Receive and sort mail
- Enter, monitor, and update student and/or alumni information into Campus Vue
- Place orders and create stipend disbursements in Campus Nexus Finance (CNF)
- Maintain electronic and/or paper files and records for students and/or employees, as directed, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Prepare and maintain faculty files, accrediting forms for faculty
- Coordinate check requests, p-card requests and reconciliation, and/or processing of campus invoices to Accounts Payable
- New term, end of term, graduation preparation duties (e.g., ordering uniforms, badges, laptops, certificates, pins, etc.)
- Special event administrative support
- Serve as temporary back-up for Education Administrative Assistants
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Support PN Program management with routine, as well as more advanced administrative support including but not limited to preparation for Board of Nursing Examiners monthly meetings and other requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years related work experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Maintain a professional, lobby environment for all visitors
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets to generate form letters and memos
- Must possess good working knowledge of English, spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Ability to operate standard office machines
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets and database software with ability to create spreadsheets and databases
