I'm hiring! Join our Advancement team as a Development Systems Coordinator and help transform generosity into meaningful impact.
Responsibilities- Process donor gifts, pledges, grants, and acknowledgments
- Manage fundraising event data, gift entry, and reporting
- Maintain CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT) and ensure database integrity
- Build reports, queries, exports, mailing lists, and stewardship communications
- Support online giving platforms and matching gift processes
- Provide outstanding customer service to donors and staff
- 3–5 years of fundraising database experience
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT
- Strong reporting, analytical, and data management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, mail merges, data imports/exports, and database maintenance
- Experience with fundraising technology platforms (Omatic, Luminate, Donor Drive)
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills
Hybrid role based in Connecticut
Salary commensurate with experience and skills
