Job Title: Columbus House Quality Assurance Assistant
Department: Office of Community Engagement
Student
Employment Type:
Federal Work-Study
Hours of Position: Student will be expected to work up to 6 hours per week between the hours of 9am – 3pm Monday through Friday
Responsibilities- Work with Quality Assurance team to review data and reports
- Review client records for accuracy and make corrections and additions where necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational data
- Enter data and survey responses into databases and tracking systems for organizational use and federal and funder reports
- Assist in analyzing survey results to identify trends and service improvements
- Support the preparation of funder reports, client feedback reports and program outcomes
- Other duties as assigned
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Interest in Data Analysis
