Job Title: New Reach Office Assistant/Receptionist

- Staff reception area, answer and direct phone calls, greet clients, and file incoming mail
- Support agency areas through typing, filing, ordering, and organizing supplies, etc
- Additional administrative duties may be required such as developing correspondence, Excel databases or updating of databases and spreadsheets
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good telephone rapport
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of funding, personnel and client information
- Ability to be efficient and thorough in completion of tasks
- Operational hours of the New Reach offices are Monday-Friday 9am–5pm. Applicants must have sufficient time available during the operational hours to work between 6-8 hours per week.
