One Stop Student Assistant

Respond to general inquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and in-person visits. Complete office tasks such as supply inventory, filing, shredding, etc. Support the professional staff in the One Stop with processes, projects including data analysis and social media posts, research and reporting, etc. Access and update departmental systems including address changes, parking permit/vehicle updates, calendars, etc. Assist in the creating of departmental communications and offering a student perspective.

Upload documentation to the Perceptive Content system. Educating fellow students and parents on process and referring students to self-help on the One Stop website. Must be personable, comfortable with high volume telephone work and detail oriented.

Good interpersonal communication skills written and verbal. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Maturity and ability to work with confidential information. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and take responsibility for tasks assigned. Excellent customer service skills. Be dependable and on time. Preference will be given to students that have experience and interest with one or more of the following: finance, data analysis and/or communications.

Be available to work shifts equal to or greater than 2 hour increments weekly, during business hours, which are generally Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM.
