Overview:

Quinnipiac University invites applicants for the position Dean'sAdministrative Assistant in the College of Arts & Sciences.

This position provides high-level administrative and clerical support for the Office of the Dean and assists with a broad rangeof administrative and operational activities within the College ofArts & Sciences.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the efficient operation of the Dean’s Office.
  • Manage the professional communications that are part of theDean’s Office function including phone calls, incoming mail/email,routine correspondence, memos, minutes, reports, grants, forms,etc. Edit for accuracy, format, punctuation and construction.

    Maintain the confidentiality of issues that are presented to theDean’s office.
