• Maintain all Hereld House digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Group Me, ensuring consistent branding and communication.
• Support the Coordinator of Jewish Life in the organizational logistics, scheduling, and delivery of after-hours and weekend events.
• Coordinate with external groups and campus partners to co-advertise events and manage the promotional calendar for Jewish Life.
• Manage the "back-end" of university-wide events (like Admissions Open House) by ensuring materials, sign-ups, and digital assets are ready for the team.

• Good interpersonal skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
