Masoncare Special Projects Intern
Responsibilities:
Research industry trends, competitors and best practices in senior living and healthcare
Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations
Assist in coordinating project timelines, compiling meeting materials, notes and follow-up action items
Support process-improvement efforts designed to enhance efficiency and service quality
Collaborate with other departmental areas in the completion of projects
Assist with leadership meetings, special events and other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Interest in healthcare, aging services, senior living or business operations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and as part of a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
Hours of Position:
Student will be expected to work up to 6 hours per week between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be necessary to assist with special events and meetings.
