Job Summary
: SEACORP is seeking a Management Analyst I for our Production Business Area.

• Collect and prepare metrics, review team goals and accomplishments, record action items, tasks, and assignments, and track against the project schedule.
• Understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
• Facilitate communications between engineering, development, and test groups.
• Quickly and accurately disseminate technical and programmatic information.
• Report findings and project status to the Government.
• Reports are submitted in writing, but oral presentations/reviews and group interaction are required.

Education
:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical discipline.

Experience
:
Minimum 1+ years of related experience.

:

• Must have excellent time management and communication skills to work as part of a team in a system development environment.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills.
• Must be flexible to tasking changes.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office. Microsoft Project skills a plus.
• Must have U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD clearance.
