• Read and evaluate construction schedules.
• Foresee and resolve schedule and personnel conflicts.
• Implement cost‑effective solutions.
• Motivate, develop, and direct personnel.
• Identify the best people for tasks.
• Coordinate, supervise, and manage personnel and equipment.
• Complete daily project activity reports.
• Schedule, monitor, and control material deliveries.
• Communicate relevant information to supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates.
• Oversee and manage project budgets.
• Develop and maintain constructive working relationships.

• Minimum 7 years experience in the excavation trade.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment for excavation and construction of highways, roads, infrastructure, concrete foundations, etc.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• Willing to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
• Able to accept criticism and handle high‑stress situations calmly.
• Pleasant demeanor and cooperative attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
