Quinnipiac University is seeking Event Staff for M&T Bank Arena for the season. You will help with guest services, ticket scanning, seating, and crowd management at NCAA and other events, ensuring safety and a welcoming atmosphere.
Roles include assisting guests, directing them to restrooms and concessions, responding to questions, and following safety procedures. Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings, weekends, and events is required; HS diploma preferred.
