Organization Suite Attendant
Office of Student Engagement
Responsibilities- Working knowledge of and enforcement of policies and procedures of the student center in addition to university policies
- Support creation and execution of leadership development events and programs within the organization suite
- Host assigned leadership development events and programs within the organization suite
- Attend training sessions, monthly meetings, and professional development seminars
- Greet and answer questions for organization and club members in the organization suite
- Attend scheduled shifts
- Advertise leadership development events and organization suite resources
- Arrive to shifts on time; properly clock in and out
- Complete daily logs
- Log and distribute mail to clubs and organizations
- Perform other requested duties as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be dependable and punctual
- Ability to use Web browsers on Microsoft Windows computers
- Possess positive attitude towards the Student Center and the University
- Willing to promote department and University Goals
- Member of a club or organization preferred
- Recipient of Federal Work Study
Available 2-4, 2‑hour shifts between the hours of operation of 9am‑10pm, Monday‑Friday and 10am‑6pm Saturdays.
