Essential Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate primary care consistent with the practices mission to serve the community.
Maintain clinical and quality standards that ensure outstanding patient satisfaction.
Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive care, and disease management.
Participate as a key member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team.
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree required.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Eligible for or active Connecticut medical license.
