- Have excellent presentation skills

- Receive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedback
- Mentor and help guide students of all levels achieve their best
- High School Diploma/GED
- S1 or S2 licensing required or (B2 AND D2) or (B1 AND D1)
- 3 years work experience in the HVAC field as an HVAC technician
- Must have ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
