Salary Range: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually.

$2,000 Sign-on Bonus

HVAC Instructor – Put Your Experience to Work (No Teaching Experience Needed)

If you are an experienced HVAC technician tired of on‑call nights, crawl spaces, rooftops in February, and wear‑and‑tire on your body, this is your chance to stay in the trade, share what you know, and build a stable, rewarding career teaching the next generation of HVAC professionals.

We’re looking for industry professionals, not career teachers. If you know HVAC, we’ll teach you how to teach.

As an HVAC Instructor, you’ll bring real‑world experience into the classroom and lab and show students how the trade actually works — not just what it looks like in a book.

• Teach hands‑on HVAC skills using real equipment and real scenarios
• Share job‑site knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practices
• Mentor students at different skill levels — from beginners to advanced learners
• Prepare students for licensing, certification, and real‑world success
• Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
• Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team

No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required — we provide curriculum, training, and support.

• High School Diploma or GED
• S1 or S2 licensing required or (B1 and D1) or (B2 and D2)
• At least 3 years of hands‑on HVAC experience
• Ability to work independently and manage your day
• Strong communication and organization skills

• No weekends. No emergency service calls
• Formal and on‑the‑job training to become an instructor
• Make a real impact on students’ lives and careers

Mon‑Thurs 1:30pm – 10:00pm;
Fri 7:30am – 4:00pm
