Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all school-based programming. The Principal will be responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and student-centered educational environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of students.

This role will oversee curriculum development, instructional practices, staff supervision, and program implementation while ensuring compliance with state and federal educational standards. Working closely with the Vice President/Director of Education, the Principal will help guide strategic planning, policy development, and continuous program improvement.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and visionary educational leader with strong communication, organizational, and team development skills. This position requires the ability to build strong relationships with staff, families, community partners, and outside agencies while promoting a culture of accountability, equity, inclusion, and professional growth.

Requirements

Lead and manage all school-based educational programming
