Honors Program Operations Specialist

Join Quinnipiac University’s growing Honors Program as an Honors Program Operations Specialist. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a key partner in supporting the academic success and educational experience of high‑achieving students.

• Manage student degree tracks, working directly with students and the Honors Program directors to increase the program’s contribution to student success.
• Provide yearly reports, track student degree progress and retention, create surveys, and analyze data.
• Advising and mentoring Honors students on class schedules, progress, and graduation requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with academic advising across academic units, implementing mentoring programs to meet individualized academic needs of Honors students.
• Promote pathways that broaden access to honors opportunities for academically talented students from diverse backgrounds.
• Cultivate relationships with campus partners, alumni, donors, employers, and community organizations to expand opportunities for students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred; professional qualification highly desired.

• 3+ years of experience administering and organizing curricular programming.
• Commitment to student success and evidence of effective mentoring/advising undergraduate students.
• Passion for working with high‑achieving students and commitment to access and exemplary program development.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience analyzing data and generating accurate, confidential reports.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
