Quinnipiac University seeks highly qualified applicants who are committed to excellence in teaching for part-time faculty opportunities in the Department of Business Analytics & Information Systems within the School of Business on our Mt. Carmel Campus in Hamden, CT with an expected start date of Spring 2027.
Prepare and present active learning course content and engaging class activities; compile, administer, and grade assessments (assignments, exams, projects) to evaluate student learning.
Provide timely feedback, maintain records, and submit grades by specified deadlines.
Offer student support through office hours, responsive communication, and guidance on university resources.
Ensure course content remains current and relevant, and comply with all university policies.
Education Requirements- A doctorate in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred. Candidates who have a master’s degree in one of these fields with relevant work experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Relevant teaching or training experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytics, data management, programming, or related areas.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and Learning Management Systems.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
