Over The Rainbow Learning Center in Connecticut is seeking an Assistant Teacher for our early childhood program serving children 6 weeks to 5 years. The role is hands-on, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe, organized, and playful classroom that supports developmental growth.
You will partner with the Lead Teacher to implement a play-based curriculum, engage with children all day, document progress for families, follow CT licensing standards, and maintain health and safety practices.
